Questions, answered
Everything you'd want to know before signing up.
Is this a real tax credit?
Yes. It's the federal Disabled Access Credit (IRS Form 8826, IRC Section 44), on the books since 1990. You can look it up on IRS.gov.
How much will I actually get back?
Up to $5,000 a year, which is 50% of your eligible accessibility costs. We review your expenses and your own tax professional confirms the exact amount on your return. We won't promise a number we can't stand behind, and there's no pressure. If it isn't worth it for your business, we'll tell you honestly.
What if I get audited?
You receive documentation supporting every expense we qualify, so your position is backed up.
What if I don't owe enough tax to use it all?
The credit is nonrefundable, so it reduces your tax bill to zero and any unused portion carries forward to future years. And there's no obligation either way. If it doesn't make sense for your situation, we'll tell you straight.
How is this different from accessibility "overlay" widgets?
We do real remediation, actual code and human review, not a bolt-on widget. Overlay-only tools have been sued and even FTC-fined, and don't reliably protect you.
Do I have to do anything technical?
No. You sign up, and our team handles the accessibility work and the paperwork.
How long does it take?
About 2 to 4 weeks from sign-up to an accessible site.
Ready to claim it?
No pressure and no obligation. We'll tell you honestly if it isn't a fit, and handle everything if it is.
